THIS MOTOR CAR:
The Ferrari 612 Scaglietti combines understated styling with exceptional performance. Named after Sergio Scaglietti, a renowned coachbuilder, it features design elements like scalloped sides, reminiscent of the 375 MM made for Ingrid Bergman. The 5,748 cc V12 engine delivers 540 HP at 7,250 rpm with smooth power and torque, reaching 195 MPH and accelerating to 60 mph in under 4.3 seconds. It offers a practical 2+2 alternative to the 575M, sharing its V12 engine.
The initial size may be concerning, but it becomes manageable with a few miles, thanks to excellent visibility and driving dynamics. This car is designed for long-distance driving. Adjust the seats in the well-crafted cabin, fill the 108-liter tank, and go! The F1 sequential gearbox and throttle provide outstanding acceleration. Ceramic brakes stop on a dime, and the 19” wheels with red calipers and grey discs add a classy look alongside the 'Daytona' seats and yellow tachometer dials.
The sport exhaust enhances the V12’s sound, making it sharper and more stimulating, embodying what a V12 Ferrari should sound like, making the Scaglietti seem even quicker. The F1 paddle-shift requires lifting off the throttle during upshifts, reminiscent of a manual gearbox. Downshifting is delightful, with electronics blipping the throttle and quick gear changes during braking.
This 612 Scaglietti was delivered to its first owner in Hong Kong in October 2007 via Autoitalia Hong Kong. It features a rare Rosso Corsa Red exterior with a Cream Daytona Style interior, Nero carpets, BOSE sound system and Carbon interior accents. Notable options include the HGTC Handling Pack, which offers Carbon-Ceramic Brake Discs, CCM System Monoblock Brake Calipers, a sporty Sports Exhaust, Ball-polished 19” Modular Wheel Rims with Sport Tyres, Red Coloured Brake Calipers, a Specific Suspension Control ECU, and Revised F1 Gearbox Software for shorter gear shifts.
Having now covered 46,430 KM, it comes with its original book pack, car cover and tools. The car's excellent mechanical condition reflects meticulous care by its 6 previous owners of which 2 were transacted through Classic Insider and now we are proudly representing it for the third time.

CONDITION REPORT:
Fully Original. Rarely seen "first coat" Rosso Corsa paint with some visible blemish in terms of light scratches from usage and stone chips that are mostly at the nose of the vehicle. Otherwise it is in very good condition given it was never repainted. The bodywork is also in great condition, with all the panel gaps around the car looks to align very well. The trims and window surrounds all look in great condition too.
Interior has excellent preserved leather upholstery, albeit a little soiled, there is no signs of any major damage or scuffs. The seat cushion have held their shape very well over the years as you would expect for the little use and careful ownership.
The car is fitted with the notoriously hard to maintain Ball-polished alloys which naturally would show discoloring and some unavoidable curb markings. The fresh 2021 manufactured tyres appears to be in good condition with lots of tread left, due to the limited mileage covered.
Mechanically well looked after and records from 2017 shows consistent maintenance. Service records, Full Owner's Manual Pack, Ferrari Cover, Tools all present.
